Once you’ve had a chance to look through our collection of medically designed, results oriented treatments, please call Dr. Guyette's Scottsdale office at 480-657-7065 or the West Valley office at 623-512-4055 to schedule your appointment at either location, Monday through Friday. If you have any special needs, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will be happy to accommodate you in any way we can.
A 24 hour advanced notice is requested when canceling an appointment. Your understanding is appreciated. The staff is here to serve you and wishes to make your experience with us the most pleasant as possible. We offer you the opportunity to de-stress and relax.
